My Story

I was born with 4 girl sisters and raised in a small village with very few basic facilities. My childhood was simple, surrounded by nature and the warmth of a close-knit community. Despite the challenges of limited resources, my parents believed in the power of education and encouraged me to pursue my studies wholeheartedly.

I studied in a Tamil-medium government school, where I learned the value of perseverance and hard work. My journey from that humble classroom to becoming the first woman engineering graduate from my village was not an easy one. But it was my determination and the unwavering support of my family that helped me break barriers and achieve what once seemed impossible.

After completing my engineering degree, I worked in several organizations, gaining experience and expanding my horizons. Life took me to the United States, where I lived for seven years.  during this time, I also took a career break for my kids .But it was a transformative period for my calling.I realized that my passion lay in empowering people, helping them find their strengths and unlock their potential.

I pursued a professional diploma and a Micromaster in Psychology and Innovation.

In 2019, I returned to India with a renewed sense of purpose. I began working with NGOs and the Greater Chennai Corporation, counseling COVID and post-COVID patients. The work was challenging but deeply fulfilling, and I was honored to receive the Best Counselor Award from Yuvathi Trust for my efforts.

Driven by my passion for empowerment, I conducted over 500 training sessions and workshops for corporates, universities, colleges, and schools. My focus has always been on inspiring young minds and equipping professionals with the skills they need to thrive. My efforts were recognized with several awards, including the Social Impact Award, Jhansi Rani Award, All Rounder Award, and the Extra Miler Award.

For me, this journey is more than just a career—it is my passion and my calling. I believe that true empowerment comes from inspiring others to believe in themselves, just as I did when I stepped out of that small village to chase my dreams. My mission is to continue this journey, touching as many lives as I can, and proving that no matter where you come from, dreams are always within reach if you have the courage to pursue them.
